the view was lovely, rooms were modern, location was stunning. extremely friendly staff, made the stay fairly nice. friendly service, friendly communication with the host. the bathroom was modern. amazing swimming pool. the breakfast was good hot, we loved it.

I liked the place. The staff were more than helpful, it's an advantage. The location is prime, not far from the centre and Royal Mile and tram line, nevertheless the area is not great.
